Louise Isafold, Chief Financial Officer of the Danish Red Cross, expressed her optimism regarding this groundbreaking partnership, stating, «The Red Cross operates in regions where conventional bank transfers are not always a viable option. This frequently translates to expensive and cumbersome fund transfers to certain programs. We are delighted to have found a partner in Inpay, one that can complement our conventional banking relationships by ensuring reliable, swift, and cost-effective transfers in local currencies to locations such as Myanmar, Bangladesh, and Ethiopia. Our intention is to expand this collaboration to encompass additional regions where conventional banking channels fall short.»

At the core of this collaboration is Inpay’s innovative fintech solutions, which enable the Danish Red Cross to conduct payments directly in the recipient country’s currency, effectively circumventing the often steep currency exchange rates that inflate costs. This innovation not only enhances efficiency but also ensures that a more substantial portion of the funds reaches those in need.
