Kani Payments and Pismo Join Forces for Global FinTech Expansion

Kani Payments, a renowned global data reconciliation and reporting platform, has revealed a strategic partnership with Pismo, a comprehensive issuer processing and core banking platform. This collaboration signifies a significant milestone for Kani Payments, marking its largest client acquisition and a major step forward in its global expansion endeavors, according to Fintech Global News.

Pismo, recognized for processing over $208 billion in transaction volumes annually and recently acquired by Visa International in 2024, is teaming up with Kani to offer enhanced financial technology solutions on a global scale.

Established in 2018, Kani Payments has been at the forefront of providing innovative SaaS solutions that facilitate transaction reconciliation, payment and regulatory scheme reporting, merchant settlement, and customer fund safeguarding.

On the other hand, Pismo has established itself as a global leader in the financial technology space since its foundation in Brazil in 2016. Its cloud-native platform encompasses core banking, payment processing, card issuing, digital wallets, lending, corporate banking, and financial asset management functionalities.

This partnership aims to leverage Kani Payments’ unique data-agnostic reporting and reconciliation platform, which allows for the ingestion of data from any processor or source, enabling complex data sets to be reconciled in minutes. Pismo’s clients, including major banks and FinTechs worldwide, will now have access to Kani’s award-winning platform, further enhancing their operational efficiency and compliance capabilities.
