This collaboration is aimed at providing enhanced payment solutions in Latin America and Africa.

Since the inception of their partnership in 2021, both companies have been committed to enhancing payment experiences for customers in countries such as Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and South Africa.

The core focus of this extended partnership centers around local acquiring, with the primary objective of reducing processing costs, expediting settlement times, and elevating customer support to increase authorization rates for customers in these regions.

Additionally, the collaboration places a strong emphasis on optimizing payment processing to simplify refund procedures, ultimately contributing to an improved overall customer experience. Future plans on the horizon include the introduction of installment payment options and the incorporation of additional alternative payment methods.

Grzegorz Kwiecień, COO of eSky Group, expressed his satisfaction with the partnership, saying, «We take pride in our achievements with dLocal since 2021, prioritizing local acquiring to boost authorization rates and enhance the payment process for our customers.
