SigFig Enhances Engage Platform with AI-Driven Features for Financial Advisors

SigFig, a leading provider of digital wealth management solutions, has introduced new AI-driven enhancements to its Engage platform, designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial advisors, as stated in Fintech Global News.

The updated Engage platform integrates human expertise with advanced technology, providing a suite of tools aimed at enhancing the advisor-client relationship. These tools include AI-powered features like smart tips, which offer real-time prompts and personalized recommendations during meetings to help advisors identify new growth opportunities. The platform also presents relevant content, tools, paperwork, and workflows to advisors during discussions, streamlining their interactions.

A significant addition to the platform is its ability to automate administrative tasks such as creating transcripts, meeting summaries, and post-meeting notes. This automation allows advisors to spend more time building relationships with clients rather than handling paperwork.

Mike Sha, founder and CEO of SigFig, highlighted the impact of AI on the platform, stating, «AI has the ability to dramatically increase financial advisor productivity and effectiveness. We know that advisors need to be able to focus on fostering impactful relationships with their clients, truly understanding their pain points and goals.»

The platform also integrates seamlessly with widely used systems like Salesforce, Docusign, Microsoft, and Google. Its CRM integration includes a bi-directional data sync that updates both Engage and Salesforce with client information, facilitating faster sales processes and improved client conversion rates.

Engage promotes a collaborative environment where clients can engage actively in the financial planning process, enhancing their financial wellness and enabling advisors to better understand their clients’ unique financial situations. The platform includes customizable modules for various financial services, such as client prospecting, retirement planning, account opening, and annual reviews.
