TravelNet Solutions Enhances Property Management System with Payment Processing Integration

TravelNet Solutions, a Minnesota-based software solutions provider, has announced significant upgrades and extensions to its flagship product, the Track Property Management System, as outlined in PYMNTS News. These enhancements, including Payments, Reviews Management, and Distribution Engine tools, were unveiled in a press release on Sunday, October 22, 2023.

Track Payments, a groundbreaking payment-processing solution, is scheduled for release in early 2024. Currently, Track customers rely on third-party payment portals, leading to fragmented contracts and slow, convoluted processes. With the integration of Track Payments into the Track platform, users will gain enhanced control and access to a centralized dashboard for real-time credit activity monitoring.

The Reviews Management feature is designed to simplify the process of reading and responding to guest reviews. This innovative tool aggregates all reviews into a user-friendly interface within the Track platform, eliminating the need for property managers to navigate different logins and interfaces across various channels.

Additionally, TravelNet Solutions introduces the Distribution Engine, an add-on for Track that streamlines the distribution of rental listings across multiple channels, including Airbnb and Vrbo. This consolidation of listing management into a single dashboard eliminates the hassle of multiple logins. Property managers can now optimize their channel performance efficiently, thanks to time-saving features like bulk operations and access to a dedicated team of distribution experts.

TravelNet Solutions’ collaboration with Texas-based investment firm Blue Star Innovation Partners has played a pivotal role in accelerating product development, expanding the workforce, and pursuing aggressive market goals.

These latest additions to the Track Property Management System complement the company’s existing integrated software and marketing solutions. These tools are designed to equip vacation rental companies with the essential resources to thrive in the digital era.

A study by PYMNTS Intelligence has highlighted the potential of automation in alleviating labor shortages in the hospitality industry by augmenting or replacing key roles. As a result, 70% of hotel operators are planning to add, upgrade, or change their property management systems in the upcoming year.
